Who we are

Cassie Peabody is a labor and employment attorney who helps employees, organizations, and public-interest partners solve complex workplace problems with clarity, strategy, and care.

Cassie’s career is focused on improving jobs, workplaces and organizations so that hard work results in wins for everyone. She has represented janitors across California who were not paid any wages for months at a time, despite working up to 7 days, 12 hours a day, securing close to one million dollars for her clients.

Cassie led labor leaders across California in developing strategies to improve low wage workplaces, securing quicker recoveries and tens of thousands of dollars for workers in a few months time.

Cassie also worked as a union attorney representing workers in all phases of arbitration, public administrative hearings, and contract negotiation. She has performed ERISA collections for labor-management trust funds.

Cassie is a zealous advocate committed to high quality representation. She is also a kind and compassionate ally. Together, you can figure out and implement a strong strategy to resolve what you are up against.
